We are the premier audio service center in the Pacific Northwest – since 1978. We are the regional service center for many brands as well as the factory authorized service for many manufacturers. We provide excellent technical and customer service.

We offer a rush service for $75 flat fee. Rush repairs are not only placed at the front of the line, but the repair is handled as a top priority throughout all steps of the repair, including any parts ordering or phone calls that need to be made. This is ideal for anyone dealing with a time crunch.

Inner Sound is the largest audio service center in the Pacific Northwest. We have been in operation since 1978, and have always specialized in HiFi and Professional audio products.

We currently perform repair work for most dealers in Oregon and in the Northwest region, as well as numerous consumer-customers. We are the primary service center for Guitar Center stores in the region.

As of 6/1/2023: Our turnaround time for evaluations is approximately 14 weeks (holidays and weather permitting). Feel free to drop units off any time we are open.
